Problem they wanted to solve

Prior to Brankas getting involved to help solve their main problem, automating disbursement the Supahabu team previously spent hours preparing the necessary disbursement data, which would then be processed manually for both BCA and BRI. This meant that agents would receive their earnings once a week, due to the labor-intensive and tedious processing.

Solution that was implemented

After working with the Supahabu team and reviewing their existing processes and procedures, Brankas integrated the Disburse API with their system, connecting Supahabu directly to a local bank. Brankas helped the team set up the process that would make things simple and easy to use. The Supahabu system generates a list of beneficiaries for sales commissions (earnings) on a daily basis. From there, the list is used as disbursement instructions, which are sent to the Brankas API. Once the Brankas API receives those instructions, it is then pushed to the bank, according to the conditions that Supahabu set for this process. The system is set up to disburse earnings every day at 8 a.m. instead of once a week, instantly giving the agents a better experience and the ability to enjoy their earnings sooner.
