Job Title: Community Lead
Hiring Manager : Chief Of Staff
Location: Remote (South-East Asia)
What do you get to do?
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
- Respond to comments and community members queries in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Tracking on customer feedback and reviews, also measuring the effectiveness of various community activities.
- Monitor and report on feedback and community reviews.
What do we look for in you?
- At least 1-3 years experience as a community manager
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization
