Brankas is building the next generation of Open APIs and infrastructure for banks, insurance, and other financial institutions across Southeast Asia. Our API-based technology supports real-time disbursements, customer payments by bank transfer, reconciliation, and account statement retrieval for online lenders.

We provide cutting-edge consumer and enterprise focused financial management software and systems. Brankas’ backend service-oriented architecture is entirely written in Go, and deployed on cloud-based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure), making heavy use of third-party systems and APIs.

About the position

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

The Customer Support Specialist’s responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
