What do you get to do?

• Work in a fast-moving, developing environment, with determining company marketing angles. Can lead the team in aggressively increasing the turnover of Brankas and conversing optimization rate across all marketing channels.
• Work directly, hands-on with the Head of Marketing and a team of Sales, Product, and Marketing, and will have the opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact on the future technology of a fast-growing tech company and platform.

What do we look for in you?

• Continuous measurement of brand health indicators through research, data and analytics and analyze user behavior, business growth and evaluate campaign performance to increase brand performance also to conduct multiple A/B tests to improve overall marketing activities.
• A data driven person that can generate actionable insights and able to manage overall marketing ads and measuring budget per quarter.
• Collaborate with other departments to generate marketing efforts.
• Develop overall digital strategy based on customer journey with a holistic approach including Digital ads & SEM, CRM (email, push notification and inbox for application), and SEO.
• Implement tracking tools for a more accurate attribution of marketing campaigns and leverage on user data and segmentation to build automated communication, e.g. reminder to finish verification, onboarding email, how-to content, etc.
